A cloud-based platform that automates billing, whether bills are coming in or going out. It receives, codes, splits, sends and tracks bills, and archives every one.
Who is it for?
Anyone who handles bills, invoices and payments: AP and AR teams, finance offices, public agencies, hospitals and universities.
Does Billing Buddy pay my bills or hold my money?
No. Billing Buddy gets bills approved and exports them to your AP or ERP system. If you need payment links, we can add them, and payments go straight to your account. Your money never passes through us.
Will it work with our AP or ERP system?
Yes. Approved bills are exported in the format your AP or ERP system needs.
Do we have to run it ourselves?
Your choice. We can set it up and support your team, or we can fully manage it for you.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on how complex your billing is.
What does it cost?
