This policy covers www.billingbuddy.io, the website for Billing Buddy. The site is run by MME Solutions, a US-based company. "We," "us" and "our" mean MME Solutions.

This policy is about this website. It doesn't cover the Billing Buddy software that our customers use.

What you share with us

We collect information only when you choose to send it through one of our forms:

• Contact form: your name, work email, organization, phone number (optional), the solution you're interested in, and your message.
• Partner form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), and your message about your customers.

Please don't include confidential or sensitive information in a form. We don't need it to get started.

How our forms are delivered

Our forms are handled by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service. When you submit a form, FormSubmit sends what you entered to MME Solutions by email. FormSubmit may show a quick spam check before your message is sent. FormSubmit's own privacy policy applies to how it handles your submission.

How we use it

We use what you send us only to respond to you and to talk with you about our services.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share it with anyone else, except the service providers that run this website and deliver your messages (such as FormSubmit and Amazon Web Services), or when the law requires it.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like most websites, our hosting may automatically record standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the date and time. We use it to keep the site running, secure and working properly.

Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts. To deliver them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't set its own cookies today. We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. If we do, we'll update this section to explain what they collect and your choices.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep normal business records.

Security
